Overview

Our goal is to teach capoeira in a structured, safe, and inclusive way, respecting its authenticity, with a focus on promoting the disciplinary, physical, cultural, and social development of students.

Program objectives

  • Social inclusion without prejudice, regardless of financial conditions, age, gender, cultural origin, religion, etc.
  • Stimulate discipline, respect, and cooperation.

  • Development of motor coordination, strength, flexibility, and physical endurance.

Class structure

Classes are organized progressively and adapted to all age groups and student levels, customized in real time to respect individual biological differences and physical conditions.

We aim to serve everyone in a personalized way, so students interested in just one segment of capoeira are welcome, such as musicality, history, dance, acrobatics, martiality, etc.

Each class may include:

  • Warm-up and stretching using capoeira techniques.
  • Basic movements used in various capoeira styles.
  • Training in dance, acrobatics, musicality, roda, or "cold weapon" (bladed weapons).
  • Movement sequences, games, and roda practice.
  • Introduction and improvement in instruments, songs, history, and/or traditions.
  • Moment of reflection and evaluation of individual progress.
